Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund policy may differ according to each booking as per the hotel / property confirmed.

We do not accept cancellations or amendments over the telephone. We strictly adhere to any cancellati on or amendment only via email to respective emails listed over to clients before the deadline fixed and confirmed at the ti me of booking.

Comfortstayz will not be responsible for any changes and cancellations made directly with the hotel. Any amendment more than one is not permitted and the booking will have to be cancelled and re-booked. New rates may be applicable as per the time of new booking.

In special cases, the property may pass different cancellation policy which will be informed to you immediately as soon as we are notified. In this case, new rates may be applicable as per the time of new booking.

Following cancellation, refunds will be processed maximum 14 working days from the date of cancellation.
